Mentoring & Development
Why I am a creative mentor and educator
I have always loved both creating and teaching, inspiring and supporting others to create in ways that are natural and stimulating to them. I started teaching at 13, and I’ve realized that being a teacher and mentor is one of my most precious gifts.
I’m educated in and have worked with arts, education, and applied arts in various projects and formats for over 25 years. At this stage in my life, I find it deeply meaningful to engage with your creative project and help develop it—whether it’s a personal artistic endeavor, an organization seeking new creative opportunities, or someone curious about how a more creative and stimulating life could look.
I’m easily inspired by the creative potential I see in the people, projects, and organizations I work with. I immerse myself deeply and enjoy serving not only my own creativity but also the broader creative power we all share — our greatest resource in a time marked by many social challenges: us humans.

What I offer
-
Mentoring
With me as your mentor you can engage in a longer process to explore and develop your creativity, work on a specific creative project, and/or book individual sessions as needed. I work online, and you can also meet with me in person in Nice.
I can also coach you in specific areas such as storytelling, public speaking, dramaturgy and creative teaching methods.
-
Consultancy
I offer consultancy on artistic and pedagogical projects across a wide range of creative fields. I have developed concepts and projects for—and in collaboration with—educational institutions, theatres, festivals, museums, NGOs, and companies in the creative sector across various countries.
I provide facilitation of creative processes, project design, and innovative approaches to addressing societal challenges through applied art.
-
Workshops
I have 30 years of experience in teaching and a background as the leader of my own music school, as well as a senior lecturer at a university. I hold a master’s degree in pedagogy and a bachelor’s in theatre communication and drama pedagogy. I am both an artist and a teacher.
Based on this foundation, I offer workshops and lectures that are dynamic, engaging and aesthetic experiences that leave a lasting impact.

Testimonials
Lina made me think in new ways. She was well-prepared for our mentoring sessions with tools for purposeful self-analysis, but she also listened attentively to what I needed in the moment. We also talked about artistic processes and the importance of daring to dream big.
I recommend engaging Lina as your mentor when you want to find the creative artist within you, when you have visions but don’t know where to start, when you seek clarity to your dreams and ambitions. Lina can help you to tell your story.
Amanda,
musician and music educator
Lina has a truly unique ability to be in a role that is both a welcoming human being, with a warm heart and a listening presence, while also offering precise guidance, expansive thoughts, and sharing from her vast bank of knowledge and wisdom.
Every conversation I've had with Lina over the past year has given me an incredible amount of inspiration, curiosity, and belief in myself as an artist.
Simen,
multi-disciplinary artist and storyteller
I speak openly about my dreams, thoughts, feelings, the present, the future, LIFE – and Lina listens, takes notes, and sees and hears the bigger picture. She advises and points out what is relevant at that particular stage in my career, in life.
With all the experience and knowledge Lina has of the industry in several countries, she has an incredible ability to guide you through a creative process, the transformation of your artistry, writing applications, recommending people and networks, and identifying what the next step is – yes, you name it!
