Roots & Wings
Lina Teir is performing her song “Roots and wings” in an arrangement for 10 musicians in Ulrika Eleonora church in her hometown Kristinestad, Finland during her site-specific concert with the same name in July 2025. Singing in English and speaking in her mother tongue, an ancient Swedish dialect spoken only locally on the west coast of Finland, she tells about birds that are free to come and go and to fly over boarders to the children in Gaza and Ukraine.
